Most in-stock orders ship within 2 days, however we are a small family business and our schedules may fluctuate. Engraved personalization usually does not delay your order, but please allow an extra day or two during holidays. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. If we are out of a product you have ordered and your order will be delayed more than a few days, you will be notified. We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of our shipping.

All of our round charms and many of our pendants are engraveable. Products eligible for free engraving will have a text box for you to enter your personal message or race details. Engraved orders are not returnable, sorry.
